George Etienne Cartier PROJECT

This kitchen project is the result of a complete renovation of a magnificent triplex on Sir-George-Étienne-Cartier Square in the Saint-Henri district of Montréal. A couple who dreamed of a large, bright kitchen in which to indulge their passion for cooking and share unforgettable moments with their children and friends. A huge twenty-foot central island with a built-in seating area for guests, a coffee station on one end that is set on a block of raw stainless steel, and a functional sink area dedicated to food preparation; a true paradise for the cook and his guests. White oak is the main material for this project, interspersed with raw stainless steel. This minimalist combination of wood and steel creates a warm yet professional atmosphere. Projecting solid oak handles accentuate the verticality of the wall elevation. Every detail has been meticulously studied by our team to deliver a result worthy of this magnificent home.Collaboration with Maurice Martel architect
